What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product type. For standard designs from our catalog, MOQ can be as low as 50–100 pieces per model. For fully custom OEM projects, we typically start from 200 pieces. We are flexible for sample orders and pilot runs.
How long does sampling take?
For existing designs, samples are ready in 7–10 days. For custom designs (new dimensions, finishes, upholstery), sampling takes 15–20 days after design confirmation. Shipping of samples takes an additional 3–7 days via express courier.
What certifications do you hold?
We are ISO 9001:2024, FSC® certified, BSCI Grade A, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and GREENGUARD Gold. Our factory also complies with Sedex and European REACH regulations for exported goods.
Can you work with our own designs? (OEM)
Absolutely. We specialize in full OEM — provide technical drawings, 3D files, or reference samples. Our engineers will assess manufacturability, suggest material alternatives, and produce prototypes that match your exact specifications.
What is your typical lead time for bulk orders?
Lead times range from 30 to 45 days after sample approval and deposit. It depends on order volume and complexity. During peak season, add 5–10 days. We always provide a clear production schedule before contract signing.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes. We design export-worthy packaging: 5-ply cartons, corner protectors, edge foam, and shrink-wrapping for moisture resistance. Custom branding on cartons, assembly instructions, and logo stickers are available upon request.
How do you ensure quality control?
We follow a 3-stage QC: incoming raw material inspection, in-process checks during production (cutting, assembly, finishing), and final AQL 1.5 inspection before packing. Third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, etc.) are welcome at buyer's expense.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. For larger or repeat clients, we can offer LC at sight or 40%/60% structure. PayPal is accepted for sample payments.
Do you ship worldwide? What about shipping costs?
Yes, we export to North America, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We work with freight forwarders to provide FOB, CIF, or DDP quotes. Shipping cost depends on volume, port of destination, and container type. We offer consolidated LCL or full 20'/40' containers.
Can I visit your factory before ordering?
Absolutely. We welcome qualified buyers for physical visits to our Shunde facility. We can also arrange a virtual live tour via video call. Just contact our sales team to schedule a date.
